Scents Accents & Sense was created to support Guyanese women through every stage of life—especially the ones no one talks about. From perimenopause and hormonal shifts to stress, fatigue, the ever changing daily symptoms that confuse you and the constant emotional overwhelm mixed with the cultural taboo that you are "calling things upon yourself" or "you're too young to know". It is fair to say that too many women suffer in silence... for the sake of others. I created this space to change that.

Here, we believe in the power of nature, the importance of self-care, and the freedom that comes from feeling like yourself again. The freedom to acknowledge that being 'super-woman' doesn't mean strength without care. It's OK to say I need a moment of respite. A moment to take care of YOU and ONLY you.

You're not alone. You're not imagining it. And you don't have to do it in silence.
